GKC433D Switchgear Analyzer for three-phase transducer motion testing
Key advantages:
Switchgear is a critical part of electrical energy transmission and distribution systems. Its reliability directly affects the availability, safety, and economic efficiency of electricity supply.
The HANDY circuit breaker analyzer delivers reliable, accurate testing for circuit breakers.
Its adjustable DC power supply and measurement functions are integrated into one portable device, making it suitable for substation testing.
Equipped with three digital and three analog velocity measurement channels.
Supports both computer-controlled and stand-alone operation.
Provides up to 12 timing channels.
Includes a built-in thermal printer.
FEATURES:
1. The GKC433D circuit breaker analyzer tests the timing and motion characteristics of various circuit breakers. It provides reliable, accurate results, including in noisy, high-voltage substations.
2. Measures timing parameters—including closing, opening, asynchronous operation, and bounce—for 12 main contacts. It also measures the operating time between 6 main contacts and 6 auxiliary contacts.
3. Measures the pre-insertion time and resistance of 6 resistor contacts.
4. Features 12 contact-state indicator lamps on the panel to make open and closed states easy to identify.
5. Provides 3 analog and 3 digital input channels. With a resistance or digital transducer, it measures breaker travel, over-travel, rebound, overshoot, and speed.
6. Uses a digital rotary transducer for angle measurement.
7. Supports Close, Open, O-C-O, O-C, and C-O control sequences.
8. Tests circuit breaker mechanical characteristics during manual operation.
9. Lets users create and store 50 circuit breaker speed definitions.
10. Includes a built-in DC control output for action voltage testing.
11. Includes a built-in DC output for motor driving.
12. Measures the motor current curve during motor driving.
13. Uses an IGBT electrical switch for control outputs, supporting high precision and long service life.
14. Includes a built-in DC/AC current sensor to measure closing and opening control current.
15. Stores up to 60 test results in memory, with data retained if power is lost.
16. Transfers stored data to a USB disk.
17. Supports tester software updates using a USB disk.
18. The LCD displays the operating interface, test data, contact status, travel, and current curves.
19. The thermal printer quickly prints test results, including contact, travel, and current curves.
20. Supports up to 1000 action tests automatically.
21. Connects to a Windows PC using a USB cable for operation.
22. Test data can be opened and analyzed on a PC, then used to generate and print an A4 report.
23. Selectable Chinese and English interfaces.
