Overview

The GKC433H Switchgear Analyzer tests the mechanical and electrical characteristics of high-voltage circuit breakers, isolating switches, and contactors. It measures closing and opening times, asynchronous time, bounce time, pre-insertion time, and cooperating time for 12 main contacts, 6 contacts with closing resistors, 6 main contacts, and 6 auxiliary contacts.

It also measures the pre-insertion time and resistance of 6 resistor contacts. Twelve contact-status indicator lights on the panel help identify closing and opening status and check whether the wiring is correct.

Three analog transducer input channels and three digital transducer input channels are provided. Using resistive and digital transducers, the analyzer measures switchgear stroke, penetration, rebound, overshoot time, overshoot, and speed. Digital transducers can accurately measure the rotation angle of single- or multi-turn operating mechanisms, with resolution up to 0.04 degrees, providing data for determining whether switch movement is complete.

Features

  • Tests the mechanical and electrical characteristics of various high-voltage circuit breakers, isolating switches, and contactors.
  • Measures closing time, opening time, asynchronous time, bounce time, pre-insertion time, and cooperating time for 12 main contacts, 6 contacts with closing resistors, 6 main contacts, and 6 auxiliary contacts.
  • Measures the pre-insertion time and resistance of 6 resistor contacts.
  • Provides 12 contact-status indicator lights on the panel to help identify closing and opening status and check wiring correctness.
  • Includes three analog transducer input channels and three digital transducer input channels. Resistive and digital transducers measure switchgear stroke, penetration, rebound, overshoot time, overshoot, and speed.
  • Digital transducers accurately measure the rotation angle of single- or multi-turn operating mechanisms, with measurement resolution up to 0.04 degrees. The results provide a data basis for determining whether switch movement is complete.
  • Gyroscope transducers require no mounting brackets, making setup convenient and fast. (Optional)
  • Supports closing, opening, O-C-O, C-O, and O-C control.
  • Tests the mechanical characteristics of manually operated circuit breakers.
  • Edits and stores 50 switch models with different speed definitions.
  • Allows the speed definition to be changed and results to be recalculated after testing.
  • Includes a built-in high-power adjustable DC power supply with manual and automatic voltage regulation modes.
  • A manual voltage adjustment knob, closing button, and opening button enable quick closing and opening operations and action-voltage tests.
  • The built-in continuous-output DC power supply is used for motor energy storage.
  • Measures motor current. Analysis of circuit-breaker or isolating-switch motor current can help determine whether the circuit-breaker energy-storage system or isolating-switch motion system is abnormal.
  • Electronic switches provide output control with high accuracy and a long service life.
  • Six current sensors separately measure the current of the three-phase closing and opening coils.
  • Measures the resistance of the closing and opening coils.
  • Stores 500 sets of test data, retaining the data in the event of a power failure.
  • Transfers stored test data to a USB drive.
  • Uses a USB flash drive to upgrade the instrument’s software.
  • The LCD displays the operation interface, test data, contact waveform, travel curve, and current curve clearly indoors and outdoors.
  • A high-speed thermal printer prints test data, contact waveforms, travel curves, and current curves.
  • Supports up to 10,000 automatic operation tests.
  • Connects to a computer for operation using a USB communication cable.
  • Test data can be opened on a computer for analysis, envelope generation, and test-report generation.
  • Includes a temperature-sensor interface for measuring operating-mechanism temperature.
  • Communication interfaces allow optional external dynamic resistance measurement, both-sides grounding test, and graphite contact testing modules.
  • Uses Bluetooth communication to meet the State Grid’s “Technical Specification for Data and Communication of Digital Testing Instruments for Electrical Equipment.”
  • Supports online testing of Bluetooth 2.0 and above devices and extraction of internal test data from the instrument. (Optional)
  • Provides an open Bluetooth communication protocol that supports secondary development of mobile devices. (Optional)
  • Selectable Simplified Chinese and English operation interfaces.
