INSTRUCTION
The GKC433M Circuit Breaker Analyzer is designed to test the mechanical and electrical characteristics of high-voltage circuit breakers, isolating switches, and contactors.
It measures closing time, opening time, asynchronous time, bounce time, pre-insertion time, and cooperating time for 12 main contacts, 6 contacts with closing resistors, 6 main contacts, and 6 auxiliary contacts.
The instrument also measures the pre-insertion time and resistance of 6 resistor contacts.
Its interface includes 12 contact status indicators to help identify closing and opening status and check whether connections are correct.
FEATURES
1. Tests the mechanical and electrical characteristics of high-voltage circuit breakers, isolating switches, and contactors.
2. Measures closing time, opening time, asynchronous time, bounce time, pre-insertion time, and cooperating time for 12 main contacts, 6 contacts with closing resistors, 6 main contacts, and 6 auxiliary contacts.
3. Measures the pre-insertion time and resistance of 6 resistor contacts.
4. Provides 12 contact status indicators to help identify closing and opening status and verify wiring.
5. Includes one analog transducer input channel and one digital transducer input channel. With resistive and digital transducers, it measures switchgear stroke, penetration, rebound, overshoot time, overshoot, and speed.
6. Digital transducers measure the rotation angle of single-turn or multi-turn operating mechanisms with a resolution of up to 0.05 degrees, providing data to help determine whether the switch has operated into position.
7. Supports closing, opening, O-C-O, C-O, and O-C control modes.
8. Tests the mechanical characteristics of manually operated circuit breakers.
9. Supports editing and storage of 50 switch models, with customized speed definitions.
10. Allows speed definitions to be modified and test data recalculated after a test.
11. Features a built-in high-power adjustable DC power supply with a manual voltage adjustment knob, closing button, and opening button for rapid closing/opening operation and operating voltage testing.
12. Provides a built-in, continuously outputting DC power supply for motor energy storage.
13. Measures motor current. Analysis of circuit breaker or isolating switch motor current can help identify abnormal conditions in the circuit breaker energy storage system or isolating switch motion system.
14. Uses electronic switches for output control, offering high control accuracy and long service life.
15. Built-in current sensors measure closing coil and opening coil current.
16. Stores 500 sets of test data with power-off protection, so data is retained after a power failure.
17. Exports stored test data via USB flash drive.
18. Supports internal instrument software upgrades via USB flash drive.
19. The LCD screen displays the operating interface, test data, contact waveform, travel curve, and current curve for viewing indoors or outdoors.
21. A built-in high-speed thermal printer outputs test data, contact waveforms, travel curves, and current curves.
22. Supports up to 10,000 automatic operation tests.
23. Supports computer connection and operation through a USB communication cable.
24. Test data can be opened on a computer for analysis, envelope generation, and test report generation.
25. Reserved communication interfaces support optional external modules for dynamic resistance measurement, double-side grounding tests, and graphite contact tests.
26. Supports online testing and extraction of internal test data using Bluetooth 2.0 and above devices (optional).
